Some equipment that may be utilized are:


-Good quality running shoes
-Water bottle
-Hydration (gatorade, water, etc.)
-If the weather is from the 20-25's, short sleeved t-shirt and shorts
-If the weather is below 4 degrees Celsius, you will need warmer clothing such as a ball cap, "Dri-Fit" hat, gloves, sweatshirts, long sleeves (with shirt underneath), possibly a windbreaker for the last layer
-If the temperature is below -6 degrees Celsius, you may want a scarf
-To prevent legs from rubbing together, you can wear tights or buy some sort of lubricant
